Subject: worker: allow graceful shutdowns

Well, maybe "graceful" is a strong word, but now you _can_ do

    ./server &
    ./worker &
    ./client ci_run URL REV && kill "$( pidof worker )"

and the worker will wait for the CI run to complete.
